Dear Members,

Our AGMM and election of trustees will be held on Tuesday, February 23, 2021.

Here are some reminders:

1. Please label your devices with your name, e.g., not iPad XO12, etc.
2. Log in by 1:15pm. Attendees will have to wait to be accepted at the Waiting Room. Secretariat will check/count the attendance and monitor proxy holders as this is a requirement for them to ensure that their votes cast during the Proxy Voting will be counted. Absence of proxy holders during the AGMM will nullify their proxy votes.
3. The Secretariat is now in the process of distributing the Voter’s codes and passwords. In case you have not received it by February 23, please contact your Group Coordinator. You may also get your voter code during the event by using the Chat Room. Your voter code will be given to you privately.
4. Members who assigned proxies will no longer be given voters codes.
5. Proxy holders will have the same voter code which they used during the 2-day Proxy-Voting. Their presence is required during the AGMM to ensure that the votes they cast will be counted. Absence during the AGMM will nullify votes cast on behalf of their proxies. They will also be able to continue Proxy-Voting and cast their own vote during the designated time at the AGMM.
6. Voting is scheduled after the Shell Club15 Report and ratification actions by the outgoing Board. There will be a walk-through on the Voting Process by COMELEC Chairman, Atty Rubin Cura. Zoom Link for voting will be given by the COMELEC during the walk-through.
