Dear Shell Club15 Plus Members,

We will be having our Annual General Membership Meeting and Elections for the Board of Trustees of the Shell Club 15 Plus Inc. on February 23, 2021, at 2pm which will be held virtually via ZOOM Application.

Everyone is encouraged to attend and participate in this very important Club activity, so we would have the necessary quorum to be able to ratify the board actions in 2020 as well as successfully conduct the election of the new Board of Trustees which will serve SC15+ for the next two years (Feb 2021- Feb 2023).

For members who cannot join, please send in your Proxy Forms by accomplishing and submitting the same, online, not later than 15th February 2021 by clicking this link https://shellclub15.com/proxy-declaration.

Our COMELEC will send out a separate advice regarding the new Election Rules and process soon! Abangan!

This email invitation will also be posted in our SC15+ website, Facebook Page, and Viber Community. Your favorite Secretariat focal will also send this message to you via text (SMS). Would highly appreciate as well if you could help disseminate this to members who have no access to any online or social media platform.
